Moreover, the negative emotions were found to increase the risk of infections, colds, and flu.

When we experience negative emotions, these chemical messengers become imbalanced, leading to a compromised immune response.

It’s essential to prioritize our mental well-being alongside physical health, especially during challenging times. By actively managing our negative thoughts and emotions, we can protect and strengthen our immune system, leading to a healthier and more resilient body.
