  5. Avoid Rubbing: As tempting as it may be, avoid rubbing your eye. Instead, gently massage the area around your eye to stimulate tear production and natural drainage.

When to Seek Medical Attention

In most cases, the feeling of something in your eye will go away with the above measures. However, there are situations where medical attention may be necessary:
